Terms & Conditions of Wing Fly Travels
Booking with Full Transparency
Your booking is confirmed based on the agreed tour proposal including travel date, price, hotels, and inclusions/exclusions with full transparency .
Payments
Upon confirmation, an advance payment of 50% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid as per the given schedule. For peak seasons, full payment may be required at booking.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing. Charges are as follows:
No refunds are applicable for cancellations during high-peak or festival periods.
Refund
Refunds will be made according to the cancellation policy and to the person who made the original payment.

Foreign Nationals: Passport + Visa
NRIs: Passport
OCI/PIO holders: Passport + OCI/PIO card
Indian Nationals: Voter ID / Driving License / Passport

Hotel Check-in / Check-out
Standard hotel check-in/check-out time is 12:00 PM IST. Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and is subject to hotel policy.
Extra Vehicle Usage
Vehicles are provided only for itinerary-based use. Additional usage will incur extra charges.
